Product introduction

  This robot welding system is composed of two sets of middle slot robot welding workstations and a carrier trolley system. Each middle slot robot welding workstation mainly consists of two arc welding robots, two welding power sources, a single-axis head and tailstock positioner, two robot water-cooled double wire welding torch systems, two welding fixtures, and two gun cleaners , A set of integrated control system. The carrying trolley is mainly composed of a carrying auxiliary feeding trolley and a track system.

Equipment advantages

  The positioner in the sub-robot welding system is a double-station H -type head and tailstock heavy-duty positioner, equipped with a first-level tooling and a second-level tooling, which can realize the rapid clamping and positioning of the workpiece. Dual-robot dual-wire welding can significantly improve the deposition efficiency of weld metal.

Process

  Assemble point: Fix the middle plate → middle plate assembly fixture → transport the middle plate → clamp the middle plate by the positioner → weld the middle plate → convey the bottom plate → weld the bottom plate → reset the robot → blank the middle groove → end the middle groove welding procedure.
