High-speed rail sidewalk H-beam welding robot fully automated production line operation process:
The first step: Employees use forklifts or cranes to neatly discharge the pieces on the loading material. The 6-axis robot takes out the products one by one and puts them together in the first station for assembly, and the first welding robot starts automatic welding.
Step 2: After the tailor welding is completed, the 6-axis robot takes out the whole material and sends it to the tooling platform, and then the two robots start welding at the same time (the two tooling platforms are the same, and the logic is switched).
The third step: a total of four welding, two platform logic switch (station 2 starts welding).
Step 4: The robot then takes out the finished product and sends it to the conveyor belt;
one production process ends, and the next cycle is carried out to realize automated production.
The equipment of this line includes: 1 6-axis 210 kg robot, 5 welding robots, 1 loading workbench, 1 assembly workbench, 2 full welding tooling platforms, and 1 welding room (multiple components).
