Building aluminum alloy template robot welding workstation
Project Name: Construction Aluminum Alloy Formwork Robot Welding Workstation
1. Overview of the system scheme
1. Scheme design basis and criteria
1.1 The photos, drawings and related technical requirements of the welded aluminum template provided by Party A.
1.2 Based on the analysis of the welding process of aluminum template products and the rationality of the aluminum alloy robot welding process, we strive to be highly flexible, cost-effective, and reliable, and can be expanded and upgraded in the future.
2. Aluminum template workpiece and welding requirements
2.2 Welding requirements for aluminum template workpieces:
2.2.1 Gas-shielded arc welding (MIG, MAG).
2.2.2 The welding is firm, and there are no welding defects such as pores, slag inclusions, cracks, undercuts, and missing welding caused by the equipment itself.
2.2.3 The welding seam is uniform and smooth, and there are no appearance defects such as weld bead.
2.2.4 The weld size should meet the drawings and technical requirements.
2.3 Workpiece parameter conditions
1) Workpiece material: aluminum alloy;
2) Material thickness: 3-6MM;
3) Weld form: flat weld, fillet weld.
4) Workpiece weight: less than 50kg
5) Overall dimensions of the workpiece: fixed model, refer to the drawing.
2.4 Welding process conditions
1 ) High-purity argon gas protection.
2 ) The welding workpiece of the aluminum template robot should not be contaminated by oil, rust, etc.
3) Ensure that the cutting accuracy and assembly accuracy of the aluminum template robot welding workpiece raw materials meet the requirements of the technical agreement and drawings.
2. Overview of Robot Welding Cell
1 . Overview of robot welding system:
FANUC robot welding cell can operate continuously for 24 hours. Compared with manual operation, its efficiency, quality and stability are greatly improved. The robot product provided by the company has subsequent upgrade and expansion capabilities, and more than 30 IO interfaces are reserved for subsequent upgrades.
The system is a dual-robot welding system. Spot welding and welding of workpieces are realized on the work station fixtures to ensure that the workpieces can be matched and welded to maximize the efficiency of robot production. The system configuration is mainly composed of two imported welding robots, two welding power supplies, two robot welding gun systems, two welding platforms, two pneumatic tooling fixtures, an integrated control system, and a safety guardrail.
2 . Configuration table of integrated equipment for robot welding system:
Serial Number Name Specification Brand Quantity Unit Remarks
Welding robot (including base) R-0iB arm span 1437mm load 3KG FANUC (Fanuc)
2 . Welding power source Artsen-PM 400A Megmeet 2 special welding machines for aluminum alloy
3 . The equipment demonstration diagram is as follows:
The main view is forward and left 45 degrees axis side view:
4 . Operating procedures:
4.1 First, the operator clamps the workpiece to the tooling fixture of the No. 1 station as required.
4.2 The operator starts the robot to weld the workpiece on the unified operation box of the robot system, and clamps the workpiece to the No. 2 station at the same time.
4.3 After the welding is completed, the robot is reset.
4.4 Perform welding at station 2 and unload the workpiece at station 1.
4.5 Cycle operation in turn.
