The first step: the employees use a forklift or crane to neatly discharge the sheets on the feeding material, the feeding machine automatically divides the material, second positioning, take the product out directly to the 800T hydraulic press mold, and then press the hydraulic press;
second Step: After the stamping is completed, the 6-axis robot 1 takes out the blank and sends it to the mold of the hydraulic press 2.
The third step: After the stamping is completed, the 8-axis robot 2 takes out the blank and sends it to the mold of the hydraulic press 3.
The fourth step: After the stamping is completed, the 8-axis robot 3 will take out the material and waste at the same time and send them to the automatic crimping machine (the crimping machine has two stations, and the robot will automatically identify and place it).
Step 5: After the hemming is finished, the last robot takes out the finished product and puts it on the conveyor belt to wait for welding.
One production process ends, and the next cycle is carried out to realize automated production.
The two-line equipment includes: 8 6-axis 50 kg robots, 4 4-axis 25 kg robots, 2 double-station grease feeders, and 2 receiving conveyor lines.
