The first step: the employee uses a forklift or crane to directly place the material on the positioner (the material is completed by tooling and spot welding).
The second step: the robot and the positioner work together to start searching (the manual assembly spot welding position is slightly different).
Step 3: The robot starts welding.
Step 5: After the welding is completed, manually hoist the finished product, and then put in the new material.
One production process ends, and the next cycle is carried out to realize automated production.
The equipment of this line includes: 1 6-axis welding robot, 1 positioner (a total of seven lines).
