I. Overview of the system plan
1. Program design basis and guidelines
1.1 Photographs, drawings and related technical requirements of the welded aluminum formwork workpiece provided by Party A.
1.2 Based on the analysis of the welding process of aluminum template products and the rationality of the welding process of aluminum alloy robots, we strive to be highly flexible, cost-effective, and highly reliable, and can be expanded and upgraded in the future.
2. Aluminum template workpiece and welding requirements
2.1 aluminum template workpiece physical map is as follows
2.2 Welding requirements for aluminum formwork workpieces:
2.2.1 Gas shielded arc welding (MIG, MAG).
2.2.2 The welding is firm, and there are no welding defects such as air holes, slag inclusions, cracks, undercuts, and leakage welding caused by the equipment itself.
2.2.3 The weld bead is even and flat, and there is no appearance defect such as welding.
2.2.4 Weld size should meet the drawings and technical requirements.
2.3 workpiece parameter conditions
1) workpiece material: aluminum alloy;
2) Material thickness: 3-6MM;
3) Weld form: flat welding, fillet weld.
4) Workpiece weight: less than 50kg
5) Workpiece dimensions: fixed model, reference drawing.
2.4 welding process conditions
1) High purity argon gas protection.
2) Aluminum template robot welding workpiece should not be contaminated by oil, rust, etc.
3) Ensure that the cutting precision and group alignment accuracy of the aluminum template robot welding workpiece raw materials meet the technical agreement and drawing requirements.
Second, the robot welding unit overview
1. Welding robot system overview:
The Benfaco welding robot unit can work continuously for 24 hours, and its efficiency, quality and stability are greatly improved compared with manual work.
The system configuration is mainly composed of two imported welding robots, two welding power sources, two sets of robot welding gun systems, two sets of welding platforms, two sets of pneumatic tooling fixtures, an integrated control system and a set of safety guardrails.
2. Robot welding system integrated equipment configuration table:
No. Name Specification Brand Quantity Unit Remarks

4. Operating procedures:
The operator performs the operation of the robot workstation according to the “Operation Guide” provided by our company. For detailed operation instructions, please refer to the “Operation Guide”.
4.1 First, the operator clamps the workpiece to the fixture of the No. 1 station as required.
4.2 The operator starts the robot to weld the workpiece on the unified operation box of the robot system, and at the same time clamps the workpiece to the No. 2 station.
4.3 The welding is completed and the robot is reset.
4.4 Weld the station 2 and remove the workpiece at station 1.
4.5 Cycle through the steps.
